My training programs focus on core stabilization and strengthening for the midsection and lower back as well as my own integrative approach to resistance training for lengthening and toning the musculature without adding muscle bulk.

8 Week Slim Down Program: 3 one hour personal training sessions per week, holistic eating plan to fit your lifestyle, cardio workout plan, motivation and support. 

 

Personal Training Sessions: Sessions are one hour in length.  Resistance training, core training, flexibility and functionality are addressed.  Cardio can be integrated.  Sessions are sold in packages, Rates are dependent on number of sessions purchased.  Rates as low as $65 per session.

 

Half hour sessions: Available in gym only.  As low as $45 per session.  Can be done on an accelerated schedule: up to 5 days per week.
